Detailed Legal Version | Last Updated: March 16, 2026

These Terms & Policies constitute a legally binding agreement between Qubix Digital (“Company”) and the client (“Client”). By engaging in any project, making any payment, or receiving any deliverables from Qubix Digital, the Client acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to comply with all conditions outlined below.

1. PROJECT ONBOARDING & REQUIREMENTS

1.1 Project Initiation

A project is considered officially initiated only after all the following are completed:

  • Client provides all initial project information, requirements, and references.
  • Client makes the mandatory 50% non-refundable advance payment.
  • Qubix Digital confirms the project schedule and acceptance.

No work begins without the advance.

1.2 Mandatory Information from Client

Before starting the project, the Client must provide: Project goals, Required features, Branding materials, Content (text, images, logos, and any media), and Access credentials. Any delay in providing required materials may significantly extend deadlines.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Advance Payment (50%)

  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • The project will not begin until the advance is received.

2.2 Final Payment (Remaining 50%)

  • The final 50% must be paid before delivery, installation, hosting upload, publishing, or release of any files.
  • Without final payment, no files, access, or deliverables will be provided.

2.3 No Refund Policy

All payments made to Qubix Digital are permanently non-refundable, regardless of the project stage.

3. REVISIONS, CHANGES & SCOPE CONTROL

3.1 Revisions During Development

Revision requests must be based on the originally agreed scope. Excessive or repeated revisions may incur additional charges. Major changes are treated as new work.

3.2 Post-Completion Rules

Once final payment is completed, there are absolutely no further revisions, design changes, feature modifications, or content replacements. Any new request is treated as a new chargeable project.

4. DELIVERY, HANDOVER & OWNERSHIP

4.1 Final Delivery

A project is delivered when final files/access are provided, installation is complete, and final payment is received.

4.2 Source Files

Source files are released only after final payment. Qubix Digital may retain code ownership for internal components.

4.3 Client Responsibility

After delivery, the Client is fully responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of the system.

5. POST-DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

5.1 No Liability

Qubix Digital is not responsible for bugs caused by hosting, server changes, third-party updates, system crashes by Client, or security breaches after delivery.

5.2 Third-Party Services

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client must provide accurate content, ensure legal ownership of materials, and maintain their own backups. Qubix Digital is not responsible for lost access or compromised accounts.

9. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

The Client is fully responsible for all external fees (Hosting, Domain, API keys, SSL, Plugin licenses, Gateway balances).
